Cross Counrty

This week we had cross country training. We started with some warm up exercises. Then we had to run around our school. Mr Ogilvie called out the year group and we had to run when our group was called. The first week we started running 1 round and this week we had to do 7 laps, which was very tiring. On Wednesday next week we have the real cross country. We do cross country training for to get fit and strong.
