Food Technology
Today the year 8's were learning how to make a Chocolate hedgehog. Frist we get into our group. I was working with Oh Hesn, Zahra and Nazella. We all have job to work on. Today we were using 8 biscuits, cocoa powder, coconut powder, melted butter and nuts. Frist we need to get the biscuits and a tea towel. We put the biscuits inside the the tea towel and smash with the rolling pin. Then we gets the coconut power and nuts. Then we put all the mixture together .Then we get out the pot and put the butter and cocoa powder in to the pot. We put the pot on to the oven for a minute. When the pot is hot we get the mixture bowl and put the pot into the bowl. Then we get out the round baking tray and put all the mixture into the tray. We put the mixture in the fridge. Then we melted the chocolate chip and put it on top of the Chocolate hedgehog. Then we use a knife to cut it. I think everyone like the Chocolate hedgehog that we made today.
